Calmness

Let’s be calm
In the midst of turbulent situation, stay calm and look for calm in others. Radiate calm. Lose control and you lose the situation.

There are times for impassioned response but calculated not spontaneous.
Control is the measure of a leader
Calm is what people look for in tense situations

They want to see that you are not rattled, that you are weighing all the factors, and that your response is measured.

Our decisions and actions will determine whether we use our pain, our grief, our outrage to move forward to what is the only lasting solution for ourselves.
